     Dirk Rompelman was born in Almelo.4,2 He was baptized (NH) on 13 Sep 1744 in Almelo.3 He (1) married (NH) Jenneke Knoop on 24 Apr 1776 in Almelo1,2 (banns (NH) 23 Mar 1776, Almelo.)2 He (2) married Aleida Bolk, daughter of Wilm Bolck and Maria Berends Assink,1,7,4 (banns (NH) 20 Mar 1780, Almelo)1 They went on 27 Apr 1780 with certificate to Amsterdam.1 He died on 1 May 1827 at Kerkhof in Stad Almelo. Gradus Prinsen and Lambert Veerenhuis were the witnesses.4
