Gerrit Dake was bet 1786 - 1787 a council member of Stad Almelo.6 He was a bleacher5 He became on 29 Mar 1747 a member of the NH church in Almelo.7 He presented Lambert Boom's will for probate on 16 Sep 1750.1
Gerrit Dake and Jenneke Boom with her guardian Dr. E. Dull made a will on 15 Feb 1771. They name each other as heir. They name as sole heir their children, namely Geertruit Dake, Christina Dake, Joost Hendrik Dake, Lambert Dake, Johanna Dake, Jan Hendrik Dake, Jacob Dake and Jan Dake. If the survivor wants to ahve a child marry into the house, than he or she is free to give to this child the house, the bleacher's tools and the kettle, on condition that this child pays ƒ4000.- into the estate.5
