He names as sole heirs his son Willem ter Hammink and the three children of his late son Berend ter Hammink, and also the daughter of his present wife, m. n. Aaltje Lucassen Bakker, obligated by the premarital contract made up on 5 Feb 1706. He leaves his wife Sara Willebrands, in gratitude of her care, aside from her half of the combined estate, an extra childsportion.2
