Stadsgericht, Almelo, 23 Apr 1755:
Henrik Velthuis, and his wife Henrieca Baerschers. De kopers verkopen dit pand met de aangrenzende grond aan Frans van de Bloemenberg en zijn huisvrouw Willemina Nijhoff van 't Lambertink conveyed to Hendrik Baarschers, and his wife Jenneke Leemhorst and heirs, their house and yard, with the bordering land, and the right to use the plankroad to the common stream, between the house of Miss Anna Judith Cock and that of Gerrit Swam. The seller has together with Anna Judith Cock the right to use the plankroad, according to a contract made on 10 Feb 1716 between him and Geerlig Warners. The buyers sell this house and the bordering land to Frans van de Bloemenberg and his wife Willemina Nijhoff van 't Lambertink.2
