Jan Waernink, and his wife Elizabeth Franken took out a mortgage with Jan Schimmelpennink, and his wife Annegie van Lochem, with as collateral the house and yard, and the land behind it, that is the property of Elizabeth Franken and the minor child of her first marriage with Jan Boerman, between the house of Gerrit Bolk and that of Wolterus Post, in which they are living. Henrik Wissink and Gerrit ten Oever were proesens as guardians for the minor child.7
