Albert Wanschers married Anneken Derks, daughter of Derk.1 He died a 1719, because he makes a will.1

Albert Wanschers and Anneken Derks with her guardian Dr. Liens made a will on 21 Aug 1719. They name each other as heir. After the death of the survivor, the inheritance shall be divided into two equal parts, the first for the family of testator, and the other for testatrix' brother Engbert Derx, or if he predeceases her, to his children, with the exception of Jan Hilgerink and Gerrit Hilgerink, whom she disinherits. She leaves her clothes to her brother Engbert Derx. They leave a ducate to the porr of Almelo.1

Albert Wanschers widower of Anneken Derks conveyed his half house, of which the other half belongs to Jan Wanschers, with the land from the backdoor, along the weaversroom of Jan Wanschers, until the warehouse of the widow of Eerdwijn van der Horst, with the right to build on until the weaversroom of Jan Wanscher, and the right to half the well and half the outhouse, like the widow Hendrik Wanschers has always used, with the ditch to the widow van der Horst, on the condition that the sellers want to keep the half shed next to the house of Gerrit Scholten, to Roelof Engberts and his wife Frederica Bakker and heirs.2
