Naber, steward of Huize Almelo, as representative of Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren, Canonisse der Hoogstedele Stifteleden (proxy 10 Mei 1753) conveyed to Berent Stokkenreef, and his wife Henrieca Henriksen van het Landhuis, her house and yard, with the room and the land, located between the house of Gerrit Mollink and the Vildersalley, in which the plumber Hendrik Harmsen and Roelof Paschen is living.3

Baerent Stokkingreef, and his wife Henrieca Henriksen van het Landhuis took out a mortgage with Engelbert Hanekamp, and his wife Aleida Hunevelt and heirs, with as collateral their house and yard, with the room and the land, between the house of Gerrit Mollink and the Vildersalley. The mortgage was paid off on 25 Oct 1773.4
