     Helena Terbruggen was born in Amsterdam.1 She was baptized (NH) on 12 Jun 1716 in Amsterdam (Nieuwe Kerk). Sponsors were Helena Holtberends and Jan Holbarent.2 She married Isaak van Haelen3 (banns 15 Apr 1735, Amsterdam. His witness was his uncle Hendrik Vinkel; hers her mother Johanna Rotting)1 On 7 May 1735 they receive permission to marry in Almelo. They had to pay a fine in Amsterdam on 13 May 1735 because they were marrying outside Amsterdam.1,4
