Geertruit Willemsen was from in Weerselo at her marriage.1 She (1) married (NH) Jan Vrielink on 19 Nov 1741 in Almelo1,2 (banns (NH) 20 Oct 1741, Almelo.)1 She (2) married Hendrik Elst, son of Berent Hendriks and Lutgert Jansen,2,4 (banns (NH) 7 Sep 1770, Almelo.)2 She died b 1781, because her husband was a widower at 2nd marriage.4

Hendrik Elst and Geertruit Willemsen with her guardian Barthold Sandtmann made a will on 15 Jul 1780. They name each other sole heir. Testatrix gives ƒ50.- to her nephew Willem Hermsen in Amsterdam, and all her clothes to her cousin Geertruijd Nijhof, wife of Jannes Bolk te Weerselo.3
