Most appear in the directory in 1948, but 38 Sandford Road is listed first in 1968; it was renumbered from 20 Rutgers Terrace, but 20 Rutgers Terrace is listed as well through 1973.

Covey are most likely father and son. 20 Rutgers Terrace and 38 Sandford Road seem to be the same house; in 1973 Charles removed to Vermont, Charles, Jr. is still listed at 20 Rutgers.5
