In the 1930 census he was an instructor in a printing school in Nashville, TN. His brother and his mother-in-law are enumerated with him. Later he is a compositor in Hackensack (1952-4), a linotype operator in East Paterson (1958-60) and in NY (1962-4), After that he runs the Non-Pareill Press.1,3 Leo had probably 2 children: in 1952 Jean H., student, and Leo N. Jr, in US Army, are listed as renters; in 1954 both are students. In 1956 Jean H. married Donald David; and Leo N. Jr (wife Eleanor) removed to Clifton.4,5,6
