Robert was the son of Mrs Robert Bowman Hudson, of Radburn, NJ formerly of Dublin, VA, and the late Mr Hudson.5 He wrote Radburn: A Plan of Living, a study of Radburn and how it was functioning. It was published as a thesis in 1934. John O. Walker, the Manager of the Radburn Association, supervised the project.6 Joan Marion Loram was the recreation director for women in Radburn.7 She was the daughter of Professor and Mrs. Charles T. Loram of New Haven, CT.7,5
