Fred E. Webster was born in 1902 in New York.2 Fred E. Webster married E. Irene.4,2 Fred E. Webster was in 1931 a clerk, and in 1935-37 a worker at the Telephone Company in New York. In the census he is listed as a development manager with the Telephone Company.4,5,2 E. was born in 1901 in New York.2 Fred was listed in 1931 at 8 Brearly Crescent, and in 1933-41 at 4 Bedford Place.
