     The City Housing Corporation sold a one-family house at 11 Bancroft Place, Radburn to Phillip Morris formerly of Far Rockaway, Queens.2
Phillip Morris married Jeanette W. in 1915.3,4 Phillip Morris was a salesman.3

#2. John C. Jackson (1933).

John C. Jackson married Lucille W.3 John C. Jackson was a civil engineer in Jersey City.3 John was listed in 1931 at 330A Plaza Road North, and in 1933 at 11 Bancroft Place.

#3. Earle Davidson (1935).

Earle Davidson was born in 1902 in New York.5 Earle Davidson married Julia A. in 1929.6,7,5 Earle Davidson was a salesman. In 1935 he was a vice president in New York.6,8,9,5 Julia was born in 1905 in New York.5 Before coming to Radburn Earle and Julia lived in Manhattan, New York.7 Earle and Julia were listed in 1933 at 24B Townley Road, in 1935 at 11 Bancroft Place, then in 1937 at 11 Burlington Place, in 1939 at 8 Audubon Place, and in 1941 at 298 Greenway, Ridgewood.

#4. John E. Catlin (1937).

John E. Catlin married Eleanor J (or S).10,11 John E. Catlin was a vice-president in New York. In 1941 he was a salesman.10 John was listed in 1937 at 11 Bancroft Place, in 1939 as removed to Connecticut, and in 1941-6 at 12A Townley Road.

#5. Sidney B. Ingram (from 1939 to 1946).

Sidney B. Ingram was born in 1904 in North Dakota.12 Sidney B. Ingram married Thelma.8,10,12 Sidney B. Ingram was an electrical engineer, and later a physicist in New York. In the 1940 census he is listed as an electrical engineer for the telephone company.8,9,12 Thelma was born in 1906 in Virginia.12 Sidney and Thelma lived in 1935 in Fair Lawn.12 Sidney and Thelma had a son Donald.12 Donald was born in 1932 in New York.12 Sidney and Thelma were listed in 1935 at 2A Townley Road, in 1937 at 9 Burlington Place, and in 1939-46 at 11 Bancroft Place.
