MADDOCK, 83, of Seabrook, Tex., formerly of the Radburn section of Fair Lawn, died Sept. 14. Before retiring, she taught piano. She was a member of the Church in Radburn, Fair Lawn. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was a graduate of Denver University. Surviving are three daughters, Dorothy Maddock of Fair Lawn, Eleanor West of New York City, and Margaret Kopp of Seabrook; two sisters, Doris Chandler of Mesa, Ariz., and Harriet Andresen of Denver; three grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. Her husband, Edward, died in 1985. A joint memorial service for Mr. and Mrs. Maddock is scheduled tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Church in Radburn. Donations to the church's music fund would be appreciated.
