     Walter M. Parr of Hawthorne bought a new house at 8 Arlington Place, in the Radburn development, from the City Housing Corporation.3
He does not appear in the census or the directory.


#2. Victor E. King (from 1930 to 1935.)
The value of the house in 1930 was $9,500.4
The New York Times, 30 November 1929, pg. 39.
     The City Housing Corporation sold the house at 8 Arlington Place, Radburn to Victor E. King of Bloomfield, NJ.5

Victor E. King was born in 1900 in New Hampshire.4 Victor E. King married Helen G. in 1923.4 Victor E. King appeared on the 1930 Census as the head of household at 8 Arlington Place, with Helen as wife, and their children Keith, Joanne and Richard.4 Victor E. King was a public school teacher in Montclair, New Jersey.4,6 He owned a radio in 1930.4 Helen was born in 1904 in Maine.4 Keith was born in December 1926 in New Jersey.4 Joanne was born in May 1928 in New Jersey.4 Richard was born in November 1929 in New Jersey.4 Victor and Helen were listed in 1930-5 at 8 Arlington Place, and in 1937 as removed to Montclair.


#3. James M. Allen (1937.)
James was listed in 1937 at 8 Arlington Place, and in 1948 at 345 Owen Avenue. He does not seem to be listed in 1939-1946 in the Ridgewood directories. And it is possible that this is two different people. James M. Allen married Mary E. (or C. in 1948.)7,8 James M. Allen was in 1937 a clerk. If it is the same person, he was a personal worker in NY in New York.7,8


#4. Earle deW. Lissner (from 1939 to 1973).
     In 1970-3 his wife Mrs. Alice S. Lissner is listed as the head.
The value of the house in 1940 was $6,700.9

Earle deW. Lissner was born in 1902 in Montana.9 Earle deW. Lissner married Alice S.10,9 Earle deW. Lissner died in March 1968.11 (Obituary in the New York Times on 25 March 1968.)11 Earle and Alice were buried in Gracelawn Memorial Park, New Castle, Delaware.12 Earle deW. Lissner was an industrial fuel engineer at the PSE&G Co.10,9 Earle and Alice lived in 1935 in Jersey City, New Jersey.9 Alice was born in 1906 in Illinois.9 Alice S. Lissner died in 1976.13 Earle and Alice had 2 daughters: Barbara and Cornelia.9 Barbara was born in 1929 in New York.9 Barbara Lissner married ? Fields, and lived in Chicago in 1968.11 Cornelia was born in 1936 in New Jersey.9
