John Van Vlaanderen, formerly of Paterson, died March 7, 1941 in West Palm Beach on vacation. He was 68 yr old. He was born in the Netherlands en came to the US at age 16. He was married 22 Oct 1896 to Lavina Botbyl. He is survived by his son Albert P, 2 daughters Christina Horn and Ada Miller, a brother Cornelius, and 6 sisters Mrs. G. Bos, Mrs. John Hoogendam, Mrs John Van Vlaanderen, Mrs. George Kuipers, Mrs. John Vogel, and Mrs. Diederich van Hoff.1
