Lucas Bruggink died between 1693 and 1701; Lucas Bruggink's wife remarried 9 Jun 1710 (banns 4 May); but he is not listed as deceased at the marriages of Hendrik Lucas and Roelof Bruggink on resp. 16 Feb and 16 Mar 1710; the marriages of Maria Brugging and Jan Lucas Bruggink are after 1710.
  • Was Lucas Bruggink possibly the father of Henrik Bruggink? Henrik's father was living in 1694, Lucas died between 1693-1701. Lucas probably has the patronymic Hendriks.
     Lucas Bruggink married Marrije Jansen, daughter of Jan Cuijper.3 He died bet 1693 - 1701, because he was living at the time of Geertjen's marriage, but died before Jan Lucas.1,4'

More Information:

It is unclear why Gerrit Palthe and Abraham then Caete sell the house of the late Jan Cuiper, unless they also were married to one of his daughters.

Jan Cuijper, and his wife conveyed to Lucas Bruggink, and his wife, a half house, next to the house of Bartolt Garrits and the half house that the buyer keeps for himself.5

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 7 Dec 1671:
Gerrit Palthe, and Abraham then Caete conveyed to Lucas Bruggink, and his wife Marrije Jansen, their house and garden, between the house of steward Gotz and that of Bartholt Barent. This house had been the property of the late Jan Cuijper and the buyers were living in it.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 8 Jun 1677:
Court Cuijper, and his wife Aele took out a mortgage with Luijcks Hendriks Bruggink, with as collateral the house, in which they are living.2
