     Berend Willemsen ter Braek was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Geertien Harmsen on 23 Apr 1698 in Almelo.1,2 He died bet 1736 - 1748, because he participates in a sale in 1736, and his wife is a widow in the census.3,2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 18 May 1736:
Berent ter Braake, and his wife Geertje ter Harmsen, and Gerrijt ter Braake and his wife Berendje ten Bruggencate conveyed to Albertus Bastiaan, and his wife Anna Christina Lubelei, a house and yard, with the land next to it, next to the house of Jan Arentsen Hagedoorn, that they had inherited from their late mother and mother-in-law, the widow of Willem ter Braake.2
