The widow of Wilm ten Robbenhaer with her guardian Jan Knoop conveyed to Jan Kippers, and heirs, her yard and house, and de garden, which she had used for a long time, between the house of Warner van Oonk and that of Gerrit Tusvelt.2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 2 Oct 1676:
Jan Kippers, and his wife Elske van Puten conveyed to the widow of Wilm ten Robbenhaer, the house which they have used for years, straight across the warehouse of van der Horst, between the garden of Jan Puten, and on the eastside bordered by the house of Wilm ter Hamminx.1
