Jan Jansen Kippers Sr, also for his wife Geesje Bolk, and Gerrit Kippers and his wife Geertruid van Steenbergen, Arent Baarschers and his wife Anna Kippers, the widow of Willem Kippers, with her son Jan Kippers as guardian, for herself and her minor children. And also aforementioned Jan Kippers, Jan ten Brinke and his wife Elisabeth Kippers, Henrik Monnik and his wife Swaantjen Kippers, IJsac Kippers and his wife Maria Ibbenhorst, Jan Claasen de Jonge and his wife Aaltien Kippers, all heirs of the now deceased Jan Jansen Kippers Sr., conveyed to Jan Derksen, and his wife and Jan Hermsen and his wife, their house of 2 dwellings and yard, between the house of Bartelt Jansen and that of Hendrick Rompelman, in which Jan Hermsen and Arend Baarschers are now living.2
