He names as sole heir his son Jan Bartels van Buuren and the children of his daughter Geesken Bartels van Buren, married to Jurrien Harenberg, namely Elisabet Harenberg and Gesiena Harenberg, with the understanding that the father, if he wishes, has the right to use it, to be divided into 2 equal portions. He names as executors Abraham van den Broek and Hendrik van den Broek. This will was executed in Hendrik ter Haar's house.2

Possibly Bartelt Jansen van Buren was the son of Aaltien, Marijken or Sara ter Haar. Hendrik ter Haar is then his uncle. It is also possible that Bartelt Jansen van Buren is the husband of Aeltje Berends van den Broecke.
