     Jan Princen was from in Almelo at his marriage.1 He married (NH) Berentje Leusveld on 19 Jun 1715 in Almelo1 (banns 12 May 1715, Almelo.)1

Andreas Prinsen, and Jan Princen and his wife Berentje Leusveld, and also Gerrit Prinsen took out a mortgage with Abraham ten Cathe, and his heirs, with as collateral their house and yard, between the house of the widow of Lucas Prinsen and that of Jannes Wanders.2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 5 May 1729:
Jan Princen, and his wife Berentje Leusveld, also for their cousin Reinier Reinierssen conveyed to Abraham ten Cathe, and his wife Stientje ten Cate, half of their house and yard, in which the sellers and Gerrit Prinsen are living, between the house of the widow of Lucas Prinsen and that of Jannes Warnaars.3
