They emigrated later in life to Vancouver. They had no children.1

Following the death of Mar in 1917, Rosalia and Frits can only in 1919 return to Holland, because of the war [1st World War]. Because Rosalia was of German descent, in Gibraltar they had to swear an oath that they were not German sympathisers. They are registered on 6 Mei 1919 in the civil register of Amsterdam, and Juup is registered with his mother on 12 May 1919.8,9
