     Gerrit Ladiges was born in 1638 in Holm, Pinneberg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.2 He (1) married Geertruyd Burgerhof2 (banns 3 Mar 1668, Amsterdam. He was 30 yr, from Penneberg, pastrybaker, at the Lauriergracht, parents deceased, witn. unreadable; she was 30 yr, from Hatting, at the Keijsersgracht, her witness was Geertruijd Marcus.)2 He (2) married Elizabeth Coelmans3 (banns 29 Mar 1675, Amsterdam. He was from Holm, wid. of Geertruij Bergerhof, pastrybaker, at the Princegracht; she was 32 yr, from Amsterdam, in the Kalverstraat, her witness was her father Hendrik Coelman.)3 He (3) married Anna Prot4 (banns 27 Jun 1681, Amsterdam. He was from Holle, wid. of Elisabeth Koelmans, pastrybaker, at the Princegracht; she was 20 yr, from Amsterdam, in the Hoogstraat, her witness was her father Jan Prott.)4 He (4) married Aeltje Deckers5 (banns 4 Jun 1688, Amsterdam. He was from Hollen, wid. of Anna Prot, pastrybaker, at the Blomgracht; she was 44 yr, from Amsterdam, at Rusland, her witness was her mother Barber Momber.)5 He died in Aug 1714 in Amsterdam in the Elansstraat (index had 'child of,' but scan does not)6, and was buried on 17 Aug 1714 in the Heiligewegs/Leidsche Cemetery.6

Other information:
     On 10 May 1715 Hans Ladiges request an inventory to be made of the sugarhouse of Gerrit Ladiges in the Elandstraat. It seems likely that this is Johannes Ladiges en Gerrit Ladiges and Gerrit Ladiges.
Gerrit Ladiges had two more children, who died young in 1669 and 1683.7,8
