     Rebecca Netherton was born on 1 Mar 1773 in Shenandoah County, Virginia.1,2 Rebecca was baptized on 18 Apr 1773.2 She (1) married William Kellar, son of Abraham Kellar, on 23 Aug 1787.3 She (2) married Lewis Wilhoit.4
