The warrant and the survey were dated 10 Jan 1739. The area was a little over 128 acres, and located near Cocoosing Creek. A Francis Creek is mentioned with a warrant date of 12 Mar 1734, but could not separately be located in the index. On 4 Dec 1745 he received another patent for 49 acres in Cumru Township, the warrant was issued 28 Jul 1744.2,1
