At various times Joseph Washburn transferred land in Bridgewater to several of his sons (to Jonathan in 1707, to Joseph in 1714 and 1719, to Ebenezer in 1720, and to Miles in 1723). Two of the deeds mention his father(-in-law) Robert Latham. Between 1717 and 1723 he was "of Plympton." His daughters are not mentioned in any deeds. No probate has been found.1
