They cannot sell it during their mother's natural life, and have to pay a sum of money into the estate, to be divided between his daughters Elisabeth, Mary and Rachel. Son Arthur Chenoweth receives 1 shilling and 3 pence. Daughters Mary and Rachel receive each one cow and calf and one featherbed and furniture. His wife Mary Chenoweth is to be the executor. He leaves to his granddaughter Mary Chenoweth, daughter of his son William, a heifer, a ewe and a lamb, on the condition that she stay with her grandmother until she dies.4,5
