     Thomas was from Ootmarssum at his marriage.1 Thomas was baptized (NH) on 8 Oct 1693 at Ootmarssum.3 He (1) married (NH) Geesje Spijker on 26 Apr 1716 at Almelo1,2 (banns 29 Mar 1716, Almelo.)1 He (2) married (NH) Willemina Monniks on 1 Mar 1722 at Almelo2 (banns 1 Feb 1722, Almelo.)2

Thomas Stromeijer and Willemina Monniks made a will on 27 Dec 1769.
They name each other as heir, except the legal portion of their children Jurjen Hendrik Stromeijer and Fenneken Stromeijer, married to Harmen ten Bruggencate. After the death of the survivor, they name their forementioned children as sole heir. They give to their daughter's son, namely Thomas ten Bruggencate ƒ200.-, the silver watch and some clothes, but if he predeceased them, the ƒ200.-, and the clothes will go his youngest brother Hendrik ten Bruggencate, but the watch will go to the son of Jurjen Hendrik Stromeijer, named Thomas Stromeijer, who also will get some clothes, a churchboek with silver clasps, the silver buckles and ƒ200.-. They give to the 4 daughters of Jurjen Hendrik Stromeijer each a bed, on condition that they don't behave themselves badly. They give in advance to their granddaughter Agnes Stromeijer testatrix's best clothes, the silver clasp, a churchboek with silver, etc, and also ƒ200.-, and to their son the rest of the clothes. To the NH Parish of Almelo ƒ100.-.4

Thomas Stromeijer and Willemina Monniks made a will on 19 May 1773. They name each other as heir. After the death of the survivor, they name as heirs, their daughter Fenneken Stromeijer, wife of Herman ten Bruggencate Lambertszn. and their son Jurjen Hendrik Stromeijer. They give ƒ100.- to the NH Parish.5
     It is not clear from the will of Thomas Stromeijer whether Jurjen Hendrik and Fenneken are children of Willemina Monniks or not. FamilySearch has Fenneke as daughter of Geesje Spijker, but the will talks about THEIR children. The fact that Fenneke has first a daughter Willemina, and then a daughter Geeske would suggest that her mother was Willemina. However, there is space for both interpretations. Jurjen is definitely not a son of Geesje, according to his age in the census.4,6,7
