James Cutler was born in 1606.1 He (1) married Anna.2,1 He (2) married Mary on 9 Mar 1644/45 at Watertown, Massachusetts.2,1 He (3) married Phebe Page c 1662.2,1 He died on 17 Jul 1694 in Cambridge Farms, Massachusetts, (Cambridge Farms is now Lexington.)2,1

He was granted land in Watertown, and bought and sold a number of parcels there. In Dec 1649 he bought land in Cambridge. He still had land in Watertown, as he continues selling pieces there. In 1667 he was referred to as James Cutler of Cambridge Farms, Massachusetts.3,2

He mentions his sons James Cutler, Thomas Cutler and John Cutler, and the following other children: the two children of his wife, formerly the widow of Thomas King, Hannah Winter and Mary Johnson; the husbands of two daughters, John Coller and Richard Parks, and his daughters: Elisabeth Parmenter, Sarah Waite, Joanna Russell and Jemima Cutler. His daughter Phebe is to have is to have a number of things that came from her mother, but that do not belong to James' estate. Thomas Cutler and John Cutler are to be the executors. The inventory was worth £108 7s. 6d., of which £100 was real estate.2
