Anastasia Filak was born in 1890 in Poland.1,2 She married Michael Suchowacky in 1909 in the Russian Orthodox Church, at Jersey City, New Jersey.1
Other information:
Anastasia immigrated in 1906. She came without her parents.1
Acc. to her obituary, Stella was survived by a brother Michael and a brother Andy. This fits with the 1930 census records. In the 1920 census, Stella has an aunt Anastasia, but that cannot be Anastasia who married Michael Suchowacky, as they were married already, and listed separately in the census. It would be helpful to find the immigration records.3,4
In 1930 she was a cleaner in an office building.5
