1st: I wish that my funeral expenses and legal debts be paid
2nd: I give, devise and bequeath the use and ? of all my estate, both real and personal to my beloved wife Lizzie Riker for and during the term of her natural life or during her widowhood, giving her free power to sell and dispose of, lease or rent the same as in her judgement shall be for the best interest of my estate.
3rd: at the death or remarriage of my said wife Lizzie Riker, I order and direct my executors hereafter named to divide my estate, both real and personal in whatever the same may consist into two equal parts or shares, one of which shares I give, devise and bequeath unto my son Samuel J. Riker, his heirs and assigns, and the other of said shares I give, devise and bequeath unto Emma Fine, who is now living with and has been lving with me for the last 16 years to her heirs and assigns forever. In case my estate cannot be equally divided between my said son and the said Emma Fine, I order my executors to sell and dispose of the same and divide the proceeds of such sale as above set forth.
4th: I appoint my wife Lizzie Riker and my friend William McClinckey executors of this my last will and testament.9
