Grietje Ottes, widow of the late Wietse Roelfs for herself and as executor of het husband's estate, sells to Jannes Alberts and his wife Aaltje Eeverts, her house, garden, green and farmland, situated at Noordkant Stadsgrond #47, bordered in the North by Egbert Jurjens Daiker, in the South by the Main Canal, and in the West by Rengerts Arents and others. The land shall be transfered immediately, but seller will be allowed to live without rent in her room until 1 Mei 1790. The sale price is 1100.00 Car. guilders.5
