     Tran thi Kim-Yên was born on 1 Sep 1910 in Canh-Duong, Vietnam.1,3 She married Võ van Quê, son of Võ Duy and Nguyên thi Dung, c 1929.1 She died on 15 Feb 1995 in Vienna, Virginia.1,4

Other information:

     There were 13 children. Kim-Yên was the 5th, and the 2nd of the surviving 6. Her older (surviving) sister was about 5 yrs older. There were at least two more younger brothers, Tran van Bính and Tran van Kính, and a younger sister Tran thi Tám.5,1 She and Võ van Quê moved in 1936 to Hue from Nha Trang.1
