  • Was Femmetje ten Bruggenkate possibly the daughter of Jan ten Bruggencate? Her birth would be two years after his marriage; he is the son of Fenna Meijer.
     Femmetje ten Bruggenkate was born in 1681 in Almelo.1 She married Christoffel Arentse (banns 11 Jun 1717, Amsterdam. He was wid. of Hendrika Viskamp, her witness was Jan Hassing.)1 She was buried on 26 May 1725 in the Wester Cemetery in Amsterdam.2

More Information:

Femmetje ten Bruggenkate and Christoffel Arentse had a son Johannes, bp. 18 Sep 1718 in the New Church. The sponsor was Christina Boudens.3 She lived at the time of her marriage at Nieuland in Amsterdam.1
