  • Was Frerik Bolk possibly the father of Judith Freriksen Bolk? No parents mentioned at marriage in 1708, Frerik living in 1725, Frerik's son Jan has a daughter Judith.
  • Was Frerik Bolk possibly the father of Janna Fredriks Bolk? No parents mentioned at marriage in 1716, Frerik living in 1725.
  • Was Frerik Bolk possibly the father of Wilm Bolck? Wilm's father died before 1730, Frerik after 1725. Wilm's daughter Johanna would then be married to her cousin Fredrik.
  • Frerik Bolk was the prob. a cousin or an uncle of Lucas ter Bruggen, because Frerik is a guardian over the children of Lucas in 1712.
     Frerik Bolk (1) married NN (It is ot likely that Geesje was his fiirst wife; son Jan names a daughter Judith, no Geesje.) He (2) married Geesjen ten Bruggencate.1 He died a 1725, because he is mentioned in a contract.3

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 14 Oct 1717: The house of the late Esken Leussink is conveyed to Frerik Bolk. He had bought it in a public sale, and had transferred it to Claas Kremer and his wife Trijntien Schuitemaker. It was located on the street next to the Gasthuis and the Rietmakersgang, with the right to use the alley to the outhouse.4
Stadsgericht, Almelo, 10 Sep 1718:
Frerik Bolk, and his wife Geesjen ten Bruggencate took out a mortgage with Herman ten Cate Sr. and Gerrit Warners as guardians over the minor children of the late Carst van Dalen and his wife Trijntje Willink, with as collateral their house and yard, with the garden behind it, between the house of Antonij Prinssen and that of Hindrik Warnaars.1
