  • Was Salomon Abrahams possibly the son of Abraham Joseph? This is only based on patronymics.
  • Could Salomon Abrahams be related to Joseph Hertog and Abraham Joseph?. The relation between Joseph Hertog and Abraham Joseph, and the one between Abraham Joseph and Salomon Abrahams is pure speculation. Abraham Joseph is the only one in the records that I have access to here, who as far as the name goes, could possibly be the link, but that doesn't say anything, there is lots more out there.
     Salomon Abrahams (1) married Elisabeth Joseph.3 He (2) married Sara Hartog.1,2

Salomon Abrahams and Sara Hartog made several wills bet 1783 - 1796. In the version of 1790 is mentioned that 2 of the children are from a previous marriage, but not which ones. The order of the children, both in 1783, and in 1790 is: Vrouwtje, Meier, Mozes, Marcus and Geertruid, which would seem to indicate that the first 2 were the oldest, and thus from the 1st marriage. But in the deathcertificate of Mozes is his mother Elisabeth Joseph. In 1790 they appoint as guardians over their minor children Sara's brother Levi Hartog, and her cousin Hartog Mozes Hartog. In the version of 1796 the husbands of the girls are mentioned.1,2,5,6
