     Hendrica Bokdam was born on 9 Jan 1777 in Wierden.3 She married (NH) Lambert ten Bruggenkate, son of Harmen ten Bruggencate and Fenneken Stromeijer, on 29 May 1802 in Almelo1,4 (banns (Gericht) 7 May 1802, Stad Almelo.)1 She died on 19 May 1845 at Groote Straat (wijk 3) in Stad Almelo. Pieter Fransen and Cornelis van Leersum were the witnesses.2

She was in 1826 a storekeeper.5 She lived at the time of her marriage in Stad Almelo.1 Her father was Hendrik Bokdam. (He was living in Rijssen.)1
Lambert ten Bruggenkate and Hendrica Bokdam with her guardian Mr. Dolleman made a will on 9 Mar 1803. They rescind their previous wills. They name each other as sole heir. The survivor is obligated to raise the children properly, and give them an 'uitzet' at majority or marriage. It the survivor remarries, he will have to account before 2 witnesses of the deceased's family, for the sake of the children, for their inheritance. If testatrix dies first without children, her parents will get their legal portion. Testator wishes to leave ƒ200.- to his sister Janna ten Bruggencate, married to Albert Hagedoorn, if she wants to leave him and the stepchildren.6
