     Jannes Veltkamp was born in Ambt Almelo.2,3 He was baptized (NH) on 30 Aug 1775 in Almelo.1 He married Hendrine van het Vree, daughter of Jannes van het Vree aka Vreeman and Geertruid van het Uilenreef, on 18 May 1815 in Almelo2,3 (banns 7 May 1815, Almelo.)2 He died on 27 Dec 1849 at Boomshoek in Ambt Almelo. Lambert Veldkamp and Toonij Kolthof were the witnesses.3
