Grietien Kinckhuis, wife of Johan Swam, with her guardian Dr Georg Herkel, who also represents aforementioned Johan Swam took out a mortgage with Johan Starck, merchant in Amsterdam, with as collateral their house and yard, presently occupied by the aforementioned Johan Swam, and two other houses, located next to each other near the church yard.2
