Hermen Warnink and Hendrik Warnink made a will on 15 Jan 1796.
They name each other as sole heir. They wish that the survivor shall give their brother Jannes Warnink free room and board, with the proviso that if Jannes Warnink wants division of their uncle's inheritance, or misbehaves, he shall only be paid ƒ1000.- , according to their uncle's wishes in his will dated 25 July 1795.3
