     Gerrit Boom was born in Ambt Almelo.3 He was baptized (NH) on 11 Jul 1775 in Almelo.1 He married Hendrine kleine Rengelink, daughter of Berent Rengelink and Janna van het Weerhuis,2,4,5 (banns (Gericht) 2 Oct 1807, Ambt Almelo.)2 He died on 1 Dec 1815 at Eiland, house #203 in Almelo. Jan Mekelenkamp and Jan Rot were the witnesses.6
