Geesken Warners, widow of ? Schimmelpenninck, with her guardian Johan Palthe, and also Jan Tielemans and his wife Judith Harms Schimmelpenninck and Jan Schimmelpenninck conveyed to Jan ten Cate, and his wife Judith Willink, their house, between the house of Berent Cnoop and that of Wolter Blouwel.2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 12 Aug 1717:
Geesjen Godschalk widow of Rutger Raquet, for herself and as guardian over her minor children, with her guardian Henr. ter Haar took out a mortgage with Jan Tielemans, with as collateral her half house and yard, in which she is now living, with the little house behind it, next to the house of Jan Kosters and build against the half house of Jannes Ruinx.1

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 6 Nov 1731:
Hendrik Haxbergen Sr., for himself and as father and guardian of his minor children, and also Hendrik Haxbergen Jr., with permission of the Count of Rechteren conveyed to Jan Tielemans, and his heirs, a house and yard at the Doele, between the house of Jan Nijlant and the Common Alley.3
