Harmannus van het Landhuis was from in Heerlijkheid Almelo at his marriage.2 He was baptized (NH) on 13 Feb 1746 in Almelo.1 He (1) married Janna Knoop, daughter of Gerrit Knoop and Geertrui List, in Almelo2,3 (banns (NH) 17 Aug 1775, Almelo.)2 He (2) married (NH) Aaltje Peppels on 9 Apr 1784 in Almelo3,4,5 (banns (NH) 12 Mar 1784, Almelo.)3 He died bet 15 Oct 1795 - 1808, because he makes a will in 1795, and his wife is a widow at death.5,4

Harmannus van het Landhuis and Aaltje Peppels made a will on 15 Oct 1795. They wish a proper funeral. They name each other as sole heir. After the death of the survivor, they name as sole heir their children, namely Hendrik van het Landhuis, Janna van het Landhuis, Hendrik de Ruiter, Janna de Ruiter, and Gerritdiena Wanschers. After the death of the first, they leave their loom to Hendrik van het Landhuis and Janna van het Landhuis, with the stipulation that this cannot be given to them until two years after the death.5
