Jacobus Keijser and Aleijda Prinsen with her guardian Secr. Hein made a will on 16 Jan 1733. They name each other as heir. They give to the son of Jan Prinsen, namely Jacobus Prinsen ƒ50.-, to be paid after both have died.5
Jacobus Keijser and Aleida Prinsen with her guardian Secr. Hein made a will on 23 Feb 1735. They name each other as heir. They give ƒ50.- Car. guilders to Hendrik Prinsen, brother of testatrix.6

Hendrik Wanders, and his wife Clasijna Schrijver conveyed to Jacob Kaijser, and his wife Aleida Prinsen, a house and yard, between the house of Albert Ruijnx and that of Lambert ten Bruggencate, that he had bought from his father Hindrik Warnaars.2

Stadsgericht, Almelo, 19 Feb 1748:
Jacobus Keijser, and his wife Aleida Prinsen conveyed to Gerrit Rompelman, and heirs, their garden, bordering the garden of Jan Mokkelencate and the garden of Lucas Bolk.7
