Stadsgericht, Almelo, 15 May 1714:
Berent Wanschers, and his wife Jenneken van Oink took out a mortgage with Janna Hendriks Boom, with as collateral the land he had bought from his late father, with the house of 2 dwellings, his brother-in-law Willem Hesselink will build there. It is located between the garden of Henricus Bolk and the house of Jannes Swissen. Janna Hendriks Boom will be allowed to live in the rear house, the rent will be equal to the yearly interest.2

Berend Janssen Wanschers, and his wife Jenneken van Oink took out a mortgage with Janna Hendrikus Boom, with as collateral their land and the house of two dwellings on it, between the garden of Henricus Bolk and the house of Jannes Swissen.4
