Hendrina Everts Kremer, widow of Jan Hendrik Donkelman, for herself and as mother and guardian for her minor daughters Eva Donkelman and Henrieca Donkelman with her guardian Abraham Wagehals conveyed to Jacob Bavink, and his wife Belia van Cleef and heirs, their house and yard, between the house of Evert Voerknegt and that of the widow of Jan ten Cate.3
