Stadsgericht, Almelo, 20 Nov 1746:
The steward Gerhard Boom as representative of Adolf Philip Zeijger Graaf van Rechteren Lord of Almelo and Vriezenveen conveyed to the sister of his master, Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren Almelo, Canonisse of the Hoogstede Stifte-Leden, the following real estate, that became hers in the property division of her father's estate: a house with a front room, located in the Cremersalley, which is rented by the widow of Theodora Helms, and also a house of two dwellings located at the Plas, rented by Lucas Hagedoorn and the pharmacist Hanenkamp. Further a house of three dwellings located at the end of town, rented by Jan ter Hofstede, Henrik Prinsencamp and Harmen Bras, between the house of seller and that of Thomas Schimmelpennink. And another house, rented by Jan van het Lendeken, between the house of the widow of Van den Berg and that of Isaak ten Bruggencate, and lastly a house of two dwellings, rented by Jan Blenken and Gerrit van Lochem, between the house of Hermen Schimmelpennink and that of the widow of Van den Berg.3

Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren Cannonisse der Hoogstedele Stifteleden, with her guardian Adolph Hendrik Boom conveyed her house, located in the Stege, next to the house of Mrs. Helderen, to Jan Vrijlink and his wife Geertruit Willemsen and heirs.4

W. Naber, steward of Huize Almelo, as representative of Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren, Canonisse der Hoogstedele Stifteleden (proxy 10 Mei 1753) conveyed to Berent Stokkenreef, and his wife Henrieca Henriksen van het Landhuis, her house and yard, with the room and the land, located between the house of Gerrit Mollink and the Vildersalley, in which the plumber Hendrik Harmsen and Roelof Paschen is living.5

Prosecutor Jan Fredrik Hein, as representative of Sophia Dorothea Wilhelmina Gravin van Rechteren, Cannonisse der Hoogstedele stifteleden (proxy 1 May 1753) conveyed to Thomas Stromeijer, and his wife Wilhelmina Monnink and heirs, her house and yard, between the house of Gerrit ter Brake and that of Judge Westerloo, presently rented by the baker Albert Schrörs.6
